The DVIEX0002M1 Extender use Singlecat-6 or cat-7(recommended) cables up to 50 meters instead of DVI cable to transmit high definition signal, for cutting down cost. Long distance transmission of high definition is very difficult because DVI cable is very expensive and infrequent. The Extender is designed to supply for long distance transmission of high definition signal.
Our devices offer solutions for noise, space and security concerns, data center control, information distribution, conference room presentation, school and corporate training environments.
Our series of HDMI /DVI converters, switchers, extenders, matrixes and splitters are designed to make your A/V device use more convenient, more comfortable, more productive and more cost-efficient.

It can read the EDID info of the incompatible display and then adjust to become compatible with the display that does not work.
1. To connect the power adaptor with the power port of the DVI extender
2. To connect the DVI output of the DVI extender with the DVI input port of the display.
3. To keep the display at working status and choose the matched DVI input port.
4. To press the Switcher key at the DVI extender and the EDIF read action finished while the Status LED light goes green.
5. To take the DVI cable out and power off with the DVI extender, it can use as normal mode.
Note: It can use DVI-HDMI cable for HDMI Monitor. The step is same as above.
Operating and Connecting:
- Connect one DVI cable up to 15 meters between source device and TX Extender
- Connect one DVI cable up to 15 meters between sink device and RX Extender
- Use double cat-6 or cat-7(recommended) cablesconnectthe extender transmitter
and receiver, CAT to CAT connecting, the longest can extend 50 meters.
4. Connect the power adaptor to the sender and receiver.
